Recently, our center has received many reports about the following issues:

1. Individual organizations or individuals in the name of our center, or claiming to be instructed by our center, send CCC certificate suspension recovery notice, cancellation cost notice, and certificate extension fee notification to our center's customers.

Secondly, individual agencies link to our center's website without authorization on their websites, and declare that they have "a good cooperation relationship with CQC", "can use a flexible process to complete certification", "can be used for business, as soon as possible to obtain certification" and so on.

The above two acts have seriously damaged the reputation of our center, damaged the seriousness of the compulsory product certification system, and the rights of the majority of certified organizations have also been exposed to the risk of illegal infringement. In view of this, our center solemnly declares:

1. Our center has not instructed any intermediary, agency and consulting agency to carry out business activities related to certification.
