1. Wear safety protective clothing as specified in the workshop before production.
2. Clean up the environment around the
equipment and do not store any items not related to production.
3. Clean the inside and outside of the workbench and equipment, and wipe the injection seat guide rail and the clamping part of the mold with clean cotton yarn.
4. Check whether the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating handles, and handwheels of the equipment are damaged or malfunction. Each switch and handle should be in the 'off' position.
5. Check whether the safety protection devices of all parts of the equipment are in good condition and work sensitive and reliable. Check whether the test 'emergency stop' is effective and reliable, whether the safety door slide is flexible, and whether the limit switch can be activated during the switch.
6. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical lock levers, stop plates, safety protection switches, etc.) are not allowed to move freely, and are not allowed to be modified or deliberately rendered useless.
7. Check whether the screws of each part are tightened, whether there is looseness, and if the parts are abnormal or damaged, report to the foreman. The foreman should handle the work or notify the maintenance personnel.
8. Check each cooling water line and try to pass the water to see if the water flow is smooth, whether it is blocked or dripping.
9. Check if there is any foreign matter in the hopper. Do not store any objects above the hopper. The hopper cover should be covered to prevent dust and debris from falling into the hopper.
Second, the
injection molding machine boot
1. Close the total power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment leaks, and preheat the barrel and
mold according to the set process temperature. When the temperature of the barrel reaches the process temperature, it must be kept for more than 20 minutes to ensure the temperature of each part of the barrel. Evenly.
2. Open the oil cooler cooling water valve, cool the oil returning and transporting the water hose, and start the oil pump by jogging. No abnormal phenomenon can be found before the oil pump can be officially started. After the 'motor open' is displayed on the screen, the operation can be started. Whether the safety door functions normally.
3. Manually start the screw rotation to check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal or stuck.
4. The operator must use the safety door. If the safety door travel switch fails, it is not allowed to start. It is strictly forbidden to use the safety door (cover).
5. All kinds of covers, protective covers, etc. of the electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of the operating equipment should be covered and fixed.
6. Non-duty operators, no one is allowed to press the buttons and handles without permission, and it is not allowed to operate the same injection molding machine at the same time for two or more people.
7. When placing molds and inserts, it should be stable and reliable. If abnormalities are found during mold clamping, stop immediately and notify relevant personnel to eliminate the faults.
8. When the machine is repaired or the mold is cleaned for a long time (more than 10 minutes), the injection seat must be retracted to make the nozzle leave the mold, the motor is turned off, and the operator is not allowed to leave the job when the maintenance personnel repair the machine.
9. No one is allowed to start the motor when someone is handling the machine or mold.
10. The power must be turned off when the body enters the machine or within the mold opening.
11. Avoid using the injection seat to impact the mold when the mold is opened, so as to prevent the mold from falling off.
12, the air injection is generally not more than 5 seconds each time, when two consecutive injections, pay attention to notify neighbors to avoid the danger zone. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, do not directly clean it by hand, use iron tongs or other tools to avoid burns.
13. The molten rubber tube has high temperature, high pressure and high power during the working process. It is forbidden to step on, climb and place items on the melting tube to prevent soup, electric shock and fire.
14. In the case that the hopper does not cut the material, it is not allowed to use metal rods and rods, and the hopper is rough, avoiding damage to the split screen, shield and magnet frame in the hopper. If the screw is rotated, the metal rod is easily involved. Serious damage to the equipment caused by the tube.
15. When abnormal conditions such as abnormal sound, odor, spark, oil leakage, etc. are found in the operation of the machine tool, stop immediately, report to the relevant personnel immediately, and explain the fault phenomenon and the possible causes.
16. Pay attention to safe operation. It is not allowed to use any reason or excuse to make any operation that may cause personal injury or damage to the equipment.
Third, the precautions for shutdown
1. Close the hopper gate, normal production to the barrel without material or manual operation to the air injection - pre-plastic, repeated several times, until the nozzle is not melted.
2. If the production of corrosive materials (such as PVC), the barrel and screw must be cleaned with other raw materials during shutdown.
3. The injection seat is separated from the fixed template, and the mold is in a mold opening state.
4. Turn off the cooling water line and turn each switch to the 'off' position. Turn off the machine's main power switch during the last shift of the holiday.
5, clean the machine, workbench and floor debris, oil and dust, keep the workplace clean and tidy.
