1. The “Sapphire Crystal Growth Furnace Product Purchase and Sale Contract†numbered EC2011SB003 signed by Dongjing Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Crest Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2011.
2. Dongjing Optoelectronics will return 5 sapphire crystal growth furnaces from Hong Kong Core Technology Co., Ltd. within 10 days after the effective date of this judgment.
3. Hong Kong Coretech Technology Co., Ltd. paid RMB 10.516 million in Dongjing Optoelectronic Equipment within 10 days after the effective date of this judgment. The import value-added tax was RMB 1.998 million, and the raw materials, electricity and compensation funds amounted to RMB 3.734 million.
4. Zhejiang Yifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. assumes joint and several liability for the third item of the above judgment.
5. Dismiss other claims of Dongjing Optoelectronics.
The case acceptance fee is RMB 132,403, which is borne by Dongjing Optoelectronics, which is RMB 4,948; the liability of Hong Kong Crest Technology Co., Ltd. for Hong Kong Crest Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly and severally liable. .
