What is the most stressful thing for Chinese packaging companies? Li Mantie: The LED industry is a strategic emerging industry with bright prospects and twists and turns. In the past one or two years, various capitals have entered this field in large numbers to promote the rapid development of this industry. However, the scale of enterprises in the LED industry is generally small, and the largest middle-aged sales of domestic listed companies does not exceed one billion. The largest listed company has sales of 4 billion to 5 billion, and the sales of European and American LED listed companies are up to 7 billion yuan. Therefore, the domestic LED industry is still in its infancy. With the development of the industry, the industry will enter the survival of the fittest and scale. stage.
In the past two years, the upstream and midstream companies have received a lot of investment, which is to promote the development of the industry, and to promote the expansion of the company's scale, so that enterprises can achieve better survival through integration, while also promoting the price of chips and packaged devices. Li Mantie: LED display has been developed for ten years, and now there will be a steady growth rate of 20% to 30% every year. LED display applications have seen good growth in many areas as LED costs have decreased. For example, in the field of LED advertising, advertising operators have converted traditional billboards into LED electronic advertising screens with an input and output. It takes three years or more to recover. Now with the cost of LED display and the advancement of technology, the payback period has become one to two years.
