Second, planning and design ideas
The image of the night illumination of the Guanyinqiao shopping district in Jiangbei, Chongqing is positioned as an eco-city park business circle with the theme of “ecological and cultural business circlesâ€, focusing on reflecting the characteristics of ecology, culture and modern high technology, and striving to create a business circle. The commercial atmosphere, the green ecology of the business district park and the urban night scene form of the Bayu culture make it a true Chongqing business card.
Third, planning and design features
The planning is based on road lighting, with Guanyinqiao Square and surrounding architectural lighting as the core. The future international landmarks and key high-rise buildings are the highlights, decorated with squares and landscape green lighting, and the residential lighting is the background. The image of nightscape lighting with outstanding characteristics and vivid image; combined with the current situation of the layout of the Guanyinqiao commercial circle in Jiangbei, the framework of “One Heart, Two Parks, Three Streets and Five Nodes†was extracted for planning and design. According to the requirements of "Chongqing City Night Lighting Technical Specifications", the urban night lighting planning and design is carried out by vertical stratification, horizontal zoning, brightness grading, light classification and management central control.
1, the facade layering
The lighting of the carriers in the business circle is roughly divided into four levels in the urban form:
(1) The lighting of roads, greening and public facilities constitutes the "bottom" of the night scene of the business district;
(2) The lower part of the street building is illuminated by the shop lighting and the store advertising lighting, forming a bright line of the business circle;
(3) Landmark lighting of landmark buildings is the transitional lighting of the bottom and top lighting of the building in the night scene, which plays an important role in connection. Its brightness and chroma are slightly lower than the bottom and top of the building;
(4) The top lighting of landmark buildings is the most prominent part of the city's night scenes. The plan is to outline the city skyline and highlight the characteristics of the night scene.
2, plane partition
According to the characteristics of the Jiangbei business district and the different functions of each region, the important night scene nodes in the planning scope are summarized, divided into six nodes, and the role of each node in the urban night scene is explained. The recommended lighting scheme is for reference in the implementation.
3, brightness grading
The planned brightness is divided into four relative levels, with a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 1. The absolute value of the corresponding brightness (maintenance value) of the brightness level 4 is 25 cd/m2, and the absolute values ​​of the brightness corresponding to the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st levels are 15cd/m2, 10cd/m2, and 5cd/m2, respectively. The brightness control value refers to the limit value of the highest brightness of all buildings in this brightness area). Compared with the national standards being developed, we have added one level, namely level 3, which is more in line with the actual situation of foggy and high background brightness in Chongqing.
4, use light classification
In this lighting plan, according to the characteristics of urban carriers and strict environmental protection and energy conservation requirements, different types and properties of buildings/structures were controlled by light classification.
The light color of the plan is mainly yellow and white. There are only a few buildings on the building. According to the inherent color of the building, a light blue color is used locally. Except for the dynamic images of the four most important landmarks in the future, such as International and CITIC, the rest of the architectural lighting is static to highlight the key points and avoid excessive visual noise.

In the planning and design stage, according to the importance of the building, the design depth is divided into detailed planning - program depth, and detailed planning - program - construction drawing depth. For key buildings with lower difficulty, the plan only proposes the use of lights, and the professional lighting construction unit completes the on-site experiment and deepens the implementation plan; for the landmark buildings with difficulty and investment, the planning and design unit continues to undertake the construction drawings.
