To the relevant suppliers:
Entrusted by the purchaser, the Tianjin Municipal Government Procurement Center will implement government procurement for the LED display project (project number: TGPC-2009-B-0002) purchased by Tianjin Science and Technology Museum by means of inquiry and procurement. Qualified suppliers are invited to participate in this procurement activity and provide the goods requested by the purchaser.
First, the demand for goods
(1) Technical requirements and quantity of purchased goods

(3) Service requirements
1. Provide free home warranty for three years of investment and lifetime maintenance. Free replacement of spare parts during the warranty period, 7×24 hours technical response, 48 hours of maintenance engineer arrival maintenance The current warranty period is calculated from the date of acceptance.
2. The bidder shall provide the service organization of the manufacturer of the product to be invested, including the address, contact information and number of technical personnel.
3. The bidder will provide free on-site technical training to the users.
(4) Payment method
30% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 15 working days from the date of signing the contract; the goods will be delivered to the site, the installation and commissioning will be completed, and 60% of the total contract amount will be paid within 15 working days after acceptance; 15 months after the acceptance of the acceptance date The payment of 10% of the total contract amount within the working day (special circumstances are subject to the contract).

2. The supplier provides the quotation, inspection method, contact information and other specific contents according to the requirements of this project.

4. Bid validity period: The bidding period of this project is 60 days.
5. The Tianjin Municipal Government Procurement Center does not charge bid bond and performance bond.
Second, the quotation requirements
(1) The bid price is reported in RMB, and only one offer is allowed for the same kind of goods.
(2) The quotation of the supplier shall include: the payment for the product to be invested, the transportation fee, the transportation insurance premium and other due expenses, and shall be separately listed. The price cast by the supplier is the final preferential price for the on-site acceptance of the goods.
(III) Quotation time: Before 14:00 on August 13, 2009, log in to the homepage of the Tianjin Government Procurement Center website “E-bidding†to make a quotation. At 14:30 on August 13, 2009, the quotation documents were submitted at the first bid opening office of the Government Procurement Center of Tianjin Administrative Licensing Service Center.
Third, the method of producing suppliers
Based on the principle of “fairness, justice and integrityâ€, according to the fourth paragraph of Article 40 of the Government Procurement Law, “consistent with procurement requirements, quality and service, and the lowest priceâ€, the supplier is determined.
Fourth, charge a fee
The project charges 1.5% of the bidding agency service fee to the dealer (in accordance with national standards).
According to the Tianjin Municipal Price Bureau Tianjin Price Fee [2009] No. 21 document, the Tianjin Municipal Government Procurement Center has halved the fee for the bidding agency service from March to December 2009.
Five, other matters needing attention
Suppliers participating in the quotation must complete registration at the Tianjin Municipal Government Procurement Center. The registration steps are as follows:
