Anguo crosses MCU and advances into Chinese small household appliances

IC design industry Anguo has been actively seeking new product kinetic energy in recent years. After driving recorders, it has now stepped into the MCU, launching touch-button MCU products to grab the market and lock in the small household appliance market in China. It is expected to start shipping in the second half of this year. It will also develop towards wearable devices.

Anguo’s chief executive, Cai Lingjun, said that the company is constantly thinking about developing new product lines and market applications, and hopes to focus on new operational growth. Among them, MCU (Microcontroller Unit) is widely used and is one of the internal locking products.

Anguo actively expands its non-storage and PC fields, including driving recorder image processing chips and MCU-related chips. The driving recorder image processing chip has been shipped in small quantities. The second version of the specification integrates H.264, 1080P, HDMI, audio codec. Waiting for China's mid-tier market, and expecting to release shipments in the second half of the year, the legal person estimates that the traffic recorder image processing chip accounts for nearly 5% of revenue this year.

In addition, Anguo has also entered the touch MCU products and locked in the small household appliance market in China. It has been adopted by customers, mainly focusing on small household appliances such as range hoods and water purifiers. It is also expected to start mass production and shipment in the second half of the year. Will be developed towards wearable devices.

Other new products such as eMMC embedded memory control chip products have been developed; USB 3.0 flash drive and card reader control chip will enter mass production in the second half of the year, expecting new product effects to gradually ferment.
