2. Always clearly indicate on which side of the PCB you want to apply thermal paste. This can be on one or both sides.

5. It is recommended that the final size of the thermal via be between 0.80mm (32mil) and 1.20mm (48mil).
6. The recommended thermal paste coating thickness is 100μ (4mil) or 200μ (8mil).
7. After plating, the thermal paste should not be immersed in silver or immersed in tin.
