Second, the project content:
Solar power supply complementary LED street lights 25 sets and ancillary facilities (see the negotiation procurement documents for details)
Third, the qualification of the supplier:
(1) Having the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, the registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan (including 2 million yuan);
(2) The agent shall provide legal and valid authorization for solar panels, batteries and LED lamp caps;
(3) Foreign enterprises shall have an after-sales service organization registered in the industrial and commercial department in Dalian.
4. The supplier shall provide the following information when purchasing the negotiation documents:
Original copy of business license of enterprise legal person, original copy of tax registration certificate, original authorization letter of legal representative, original legal and valid authorization of solar panel, battery and LED lamp holder, original document of after-sales service agency certificate and other corresponding copy One copy each (the photo must be stamped with the official seal). The procurement agent will conduct a preliminary examination of the supplier (only for the negotiation of the negotiation documents), and the negotiation documents will be issued after the initial examination (the detailed qualification review will be based on the results of the negotiation group), and the supplier who receives the text negotiation documents must be at the negotiation deadline. Previously, the “Members Zone†of the Government Procurement Transaction Management System (http://) of the Dalian Municipal Government Procurement Service Center was used to apply for online purchase of negotiating documents.
