China's investment in 11 million shares in energy-saving enterprises across the LED-EMC field
On August 27th, China Huantou (00260.HK) announced that it will increase the capital of Dalian Nod Energy Saving Technology by RMB 11 million to obtain 68.75% of its registered capital, and the other 31.25% equity is held by other joint venture partners.
The joint venture company mainly provides LED energy-saving solutions for commercial users such as supermarkets, shopping malls, hotels and commercial buildings. The Directors believe that the capital increase is a good opportunity for the Group to expand its LED-EMC (Light Emitting Diode Energy Management Contract) business and increase its market share in China LED-EMC.
