Electric vehicles popularize speed-up charging piles for two years to 60 billion yuan

According to Li Xiang, the founder of the car home, on April 22, Tesla will deliver the first batch of Chinese users who have booked Tesla Model S in China. Many IT giants in China have ordered Tesla models. At present, Tesla's entry into China is accelerating: China Branch or Shanghai Waigaoqiao is registered, and the standards for charging pile interfaces approved by the State Grid related departments and Tesla have also been initially drafted. The Tesla boom has driven the construction of domestic charging piles to speed up. The investment in nationwide charging pile construction will exceed 60 billion yuan this year and next. It is worth mentioning that, after the signing of the strategic cooperation letter of intent for the construction of electric vehicle intelligent charging and replacing service network facilities, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power and Provincial Transportation Investment Group Industrial Development Co., Ltd. will carry out charging and replacing construction in the expressway service area. . By then, it will no longer be a dream to drive an electric car out of the city.

Zhejiang Electric Highway Service Area will build electric vehicle charging and replacement station

In early January of this year, the world's first nationwide highway electric vehicle charging station network was put into use in the UK. This free-to-use solar charging station has already appeared in 12 highway service areas, and there will be 18 free charging stations in service areas at the end of September.

Electricity is provided by Ecotricity's wind and solar farms throughout the UK. If you use the 32A fast charging station, the electric car can be charged in as little as 20 minutes, and it takes two hours to fully charge. The slower 13A charging station is used by drivers who stay overnight in the service area.

This move means that electric cars will be able to travel anywhere in the UK for the first time. Prior to this, the main problem faced by potential buyers of electric vehicles was their limited range of driving, which was only possible to drive electric cars in their own city.

Ecotricity founder Dale Vince pointed out that statistics show that electric vehicles do not need to be recharged in the middle of the town, and the real need to charge is the highway between cities. For China, charging stations are mainly distributed in cities, and electric vehicles are also facing the problem of no power at high speed. However, as a leading province for the construction of electric vehicle charging stations, Zhejiang Province will achieve breakthroughs in this regard.

State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company has been promoting the construction of charging stations. At present, the province has built 153 charging and replacing stations and 1026 charging piles, of which Hangzhou is more mature. In June 2012, Hangzhou has built 70 charging and replacement stations and 620 charging piles, of which 27 are in operation in Hangzhou's main urban area. In the urban area of Hangzhou, a new energy vehicle should find the nearest charging station, just open 4.5 kilometers. Electric vehicles want to find the nearest charging and replacement station, as long as 10 minutes in the city of Hangzhou and 20 minutes in the suburbs.

State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. also developed the “Electric Vehicle Fully Automatic Chassis Replacement Technology”, which uses intelligent power-changing robots, which can reach 45 seconds/car times in a single power change. At present, the company is still researching its second generation. After successful, in the case of 7 people in a single station, the daily power exchange capacity can reach more than 300 times. In addition to power-changing technology, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company is also studying battery grouping and balanced charging technology to improve battery life and safety. The technicians also set up a key laboratory for battery safety monitoring, collecting battery status and corresponding parameters during vehicle operation, and establishing a database to develop battery life models and anomaly models to achieve battery safety warning.

On November 12 last year, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Provincial Transportation Investment Group Industrial Development Co., Ltd. signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation in the construction of electric vehicle intelligent charging and replacement service network facilities. According to the latest news, then the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Vehicle Company will carry out charging and replacing construction in the expressway service area. Driving an electric car out of the city is not a dream.

60 billion funds invested in charging station Shanghai to support Tesla

Following Beijing's proposal to build 1,000 public fast-filled piles in 2014, Tianjin and Shanghai also plan to build 6,700 and more than 6,000 charging piles or charging ports by 2015.

In the “New Hyun Shanghai, Green Travel” city new energy vehicle demonstration and promotion public welfare activities held in Shanghai in early March, Shanghai plans to promote the application of more than 10,000 new energy vehicles by the end of 2015, and more than 6,000 charging piles will be built in the city. Moreover, the Shanghai Electric Power Company will provide free discounts on the installation and commissioning of charging pile equipment and charging piles for all resident customers who apply for registration at the event site and submit an application for formal charging pile electricity service before December 31, 2014. At the same time, for the users who applied for registration at the event and successfully completed within the prescribed time limit, during the demonstration and promotion period in Shanghai, they will be given a discount on the charging service fee. If electric vehicles are charged during the low-day hours, they will not only enjoy the preferential price of half-price electricity, but also have obvious peak-shaving effect on the power grid, which can better maintain the safe and stable operation of the Shanghai power grid. At present, more than 140 people have applied for business, and more than 30 people have already installed the charging pile energy meter.

At present, the construction planning of charging piles has been proposed in many regions of the country, including the investment in land acquisition. The investment in the construction of charging piles in the country will exceed 60 billion yuan this year and next, of which the procurement budget for charging pile equipment is 12 billion yuan. The scale of investment exceeded expectations. The construction of charging piles will also usher in a peak. The total number of charging piles in the whole year is expected to reach 100,000, far exceeding the same period of last year's 19,000.

At the same time, the construction of the national power grid's charging and replacing power station will be open to the public. It is reported that this year, the State Grid will hold five procurement tenders, and last year such a level of procurement tenders will not be held at one time.

The rise of the concept of charging piles is largely driven by the Tesla boom, and the latest news shows that Tesla's entry into China is accelerating. According to reports, the relevant departments of the State Grid have conducted direct communication with Tesla. The standards for charging pile interfaces approved by both parties have been initially drafted.

According to another report, Tesla intends to register its Chinese branch in Waigaoqiao in order to enjoy the convenience package policy in the free trade zone, and its CEO Musk will also visit Shanghai for this purpose. The person in charge of the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission said that he has approached Tesla and is studying preferential support policies. Shanghai has never supported the import of new energy vehicles before, but Tesla is expected to become a special case, including free new energy vehicle licenses and supporting charging piles. In addition to Hangzhou, there are more cities that are planning to implement a limited-limit policy, and new energy vehicles will gain more room for development. As a corresponding supporting facility, the planning and construction of charging piles will also be given priority, and the scale of future development cannot be ignored.
