Cree Announces Second Quarter 2008 Financial Year Results
Cree announced that its second quarter financial results for the fiscal year ending December 30, 2007 were $119 million, an increase of 5% from the first quarter of fiscal 2008 and a 34% increase from a year ago to $88 million. GAAP net income for the second quarter was $6.6 million or diluted earnings per share of $0.08, compared to 13 weeks in the second quarter of fiscal 2007, and the second quarter of fiscal 2008 included 14 weeks.
