Dehao Runda signed a proxy purchase agreement with the US company ShiningImage International through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dehao Runda International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Dehao Runda awarded Shining Image as the sole agent to directly import (DI) LED products to Wal-Mart, which will be no less than US$45 million (approximately RMB 283 million) for 18 months from June 2012. Dehao Runda said that the agreement will help the company's LED lighting products to be promoted in the US market, and will have a positive impact on the company's 2012 and 2013 operating income and operating profit.

Dehao Runda also announced that the company and Japan Double Bird Company signed the "Lighting Business Cooperation Program" on February 28. According to the agreement, the company plans to increase the cooperation business with Double Bird in 30% to 40% in 2012, and reach US$45 million in the next three years (including 2012), which is equivalent to RMB 283 million, accounting for approximately 11 years of unaudited business. 9.23% of revenue.
