(3) Nanjing A30.10 low- and medium-top light-duty vehicle Zhongnan Company produces air-conditioning circuit diagram (Figure 23).

A30.10 low-medium light vehicle air conditioning system control circuit shown in Figure 23, it has two evaporator fans M1 and M2, two condenser fans M3 and M4, the control panel is equipped with air volume switch, thermostat and indication light. The power supply of the air volume switch is from the terminal G9 of the central junction box of the car and is controlled by the ignition switch 15/A column.

The electric control box is equipped with 8 fuses, of which 1, 2 are connected in parallel, 3, 4 are connected in parallel, 5 and 6 are connected in parallel, and 7 and 8 are not connected in parallel. There are also 5 relays E1~E5, their functions are:

High speed relay for E1 evaporator fans M1 and M2.

Medium speed relay for E2 evaporator fans M1 and M2.

Low speed relay for E3 evaporator fans M1 and M2.

Relay for E4 condenser fan M3 and M4.

Relay for E5 air conditioner compressor.


When the air volume switch is in the I block, When the temperature controller is turned on, the evaporator fan low speed relay E3 is sucked, and the evaporator fans M1 and M2 are respectively connected with two R resistors, and the low speed cooling or ventilation.

When the air volume switch is in the II position, When the relay E2 is connected, the evaporator fans M1 and M2 are respectively connected with one R resistor, and the medium speed is cooled or ventilated.

When the air volume switch is in the III position, When it is turned on, the relay E1 is sucked, and the currents of the evaporator fans M1 and M2 are directly drawn from the E1 contact, and the air is cooled or ventilated at a high speed. The E1~E5 relay control coil has a common grounding wire, but the control coils of E4 and E5 are controlled by the temperature controller. When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature inside the vehicle exceeds a predetermined value, the thermostat turns on the suction E4 and E5. At this time, the condenser fan and the compressor will be put into operation, otherwise it will be indoor ventilation.
