Circuit Operation Principle The spectrum therapy device circuit consists of a power supply circuit, a control circuit, and a spectrum generator, as shown in Figure 9-28.

The power supply circuit is composed of a fuse FU, a resistor R6, a timer Q, an indicator light HL, and an inductor L.
The control circuit is composed of resistors Rl-R5, switches Sl-S3, bidirectional trigger diode V, thyristor VT and capacitors Cl, C2.
The spectrum generator circuit consists of a voltmeter PV, rectifier diodes VD1-VD4 and a spectral heater EH.
When the timer Q is turned on, the indicator light HL is turned on, and after the AC 220V voltage is filtered by L, the operating voltage is supplied to the spectrum generator through the control circuit.
When a button in Sl-S3 is pressed, the VT is triggered and turned on, and the AC voltage across the PV is rectified by VDl-VD4 to provide a DC operating voltage for the EH.
Sl, S2 and S3 are used to control the conduction angle of VT and the heat generation of EH (when S3 is turned on, the conduction angle of VT is the largest, the working voltage of EH is the highest, and the heat generation is the largest; when S1 is turned on, the conduction of VT is The angle of intersection is the smallest, the working voltage of EH is the lowest, and the amount of heat is the smallest, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the treatment intensity.
Component selection
Rl-R6 selects 1/4W metal film resistor for use.
Cl and C2 use a CBB capacitor or a monolithic capacitor with a withstand voltage of 400V.
VD1-VD4 selects the IN5408 silicon rectifier diode for use.
V selects DB3 type bidirectional trigger diode.
VT selects TLC336A (3A, 600V) type bidirectional crystal tube.
HL selects the common æ°– indicator.
L is made by winding an enamel wire of φ 0.68 mm around a 60-inch "T" core.
Q uses a mechanical timer of 0-6OMn.
The S1-S3 uses an interlocking key switch.
PV uses 0-300V AC voltmeter.
EH uses a 100-2OOW magnetic ceramic heater.
