2010 LED Illuminated China Tour - National Tour Survey and Industry Seminar officially departed on July 10th, and successfully held the third seminar in Nanjing on July 30th. Wu Peng, technical plan manager of Philips Lumileds China, pointed out that Lumileds will have more than 100 million US dollars of research and development investment this year. At present, the industry chain mainly faces the following challenges: the public has little understanding of LEDs, and there is still no good solution for color consistency. There is still a certain gap in quality compared with traditional light sources, and reliability is difficult to guarantee. How to simplify the design, how to improve the heat resistance of LEDs, and how to eliminate chromatic aberration. Lumileds is optimistic about the prospects of AC LEDs and will introduce AC LED products. The company's chips passed the ENERGY STAR certification and passed the LM-80 test.
