Shandong's fiscal expenditure on energy conservation and emission reduction exceeded 3.5 billion
According to the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance, this year, Shandong Province has invested more than 3 billion yuan in financial resources to support the province's energy conservation and emission reduction, which has more than doubled year-on-year.
In order to give priority to ensuring public management of energy conservation and emission reduction, Shandong strongly supports energy conservation and emission reduction monitoring, law enforcement and standard system construction, and builds an automatic monitoring and monitoring network system to realize real-time monitoring of key industrial and domestic pollution sources. Since April of this year, the province's environmental statistics, assessment and sewage charges have all used automatic monitoring data.
At the same time, Shandong actively accelerates the construction of key projects for energy conservation and emission reduction, supports the implementation of key energy-saving projects such as building energy conservation and green lighting, vigorously implements the financial subsidy system for solar collector systems, and actively supports building heating measurement and energy-saving renovation.
At present, Shandong has established an incentive and restraint mechanism to reward major energy-saving core technologies above the provincial level and energy-saving technological transformation projects with annual energy savings of 10,000 tons, and support the vertical kiln cement and coke industries to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity.
According to statistics, in the first 11 months of this year, the fiscal expenditure on energy conservation and emission reduction in Shandong Province was 3.089 billion yuan, an increase of 102% over the same period of the previous year. Among them, energy-saving expenditures were 439 million yuan, and environmental protection expenditures were 2.65 billion yuan, both of which had a large increase compared with the previous year. It is expected that the fiscal expenditure for energy conservation and emission reduction will exceed 3.5 billion yuan.
