1. Beijing Zhongrun Daxing Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “tendering agencyâ€) was entrusted by Beijing Yiqing Holding Co., Ltd. 3. This tender is open tender, and the budget of this project is 1,500,600.
4. Interested qualified bidders can be held from April 28, 2009 to May 18, 2009 (excluding holidays) from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm (Beijing time) at Zhushikou East Street, Chongwen District, Beijing. The sixth floor of the west side is inspected or purchased for bidding documents. The price of this bidding document is 500.00 yuan, and will not be refunded after sale. 5. Qualified bidders
The products produced by the bidder must pass the test of the product quality inspection agency;
Bidders have a good financial position and a high reputation, and the products provided must have a good reputation and performance;
The bidder must meet the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
(1) having the ability to independently bear civil liability;
(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
(4) having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) In the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in business activities;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
The equipment to be invested must be validly authorized by the manufacturer.
Bidders must pass ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
6. Time and place of submission of tenders:
The bid documents shall be submitted to the sixth floor of the west side of No. 4, Zhushikou East Street, Chongwen District, Beijing, on May 19, 2009 at 09:30 (Beijing time). Overdue bid documents will be rejected.
7. All bid documents must be accompanied by a bid bond, the amount of which is not less than 1% of the total bid price. Bid documents that fail to provide bid bond will be rejected.
