Working principle

The microwave induction controller uses a miniature loop antenna with a diameter of 9 cm for microwave detection. The antenna generates an angular microwave-preserving zone with an elliptical radius of 0 to 5 m (adjustable) in the axial direction. When the human body moves, its reflected echoes and The original microwave field (or frequency) emitted by the microwave induction controller interferes with each other, and the amount of change is detected, amplified, shaped, multi-compared, and delayed by the HT7610A to output a voltage control signal from the white wire.

The high-reliability microwave induction controller internally consists of a loop antenna and a microwave triode to form a microwave oscillator operating at 2.4 GHz. The loop antenna acts as both a transmitting antenna and an echo reflected by the human body. The semiconductor PN junction mixing of the internal microwave transistor detects a weak frequency shift signal (ie, detects the moving signal of the human body), and the microwave dedicated microprocessor HT7610A first removes the interference signal whose amplitude is too small, and only detects the frequency of a certain intensity. The shift signal is converted into equal-amplitude pulses of different widths. The circuit only recognizes the single-signal signal with a sufficiently wide pulse, such as the human body and the vehicle, the identification circuit is triggered, or there are 2 to 3 narrow pulses in two seconds, such as guarding the edge area. Walking 2 to 3 steps, the width-compensation circuit is also triggered, and the delay control circuit is activated. In the case of weaker interfering signals, such as small-volume animals, long-distance tree shaking, high-frequency communication signals, long-distance lightning, and interference from household appliances switching are excluded. Finally, when the HT7610A is identified as a real large object moving signal, the control circuit is triggered, outputting a high level of about 2 seconds, and LED2 is synchronously displayed, the output mode is voltage mode, and the output is high level (4 volts or more). , low level when there is no output.

The microwave dedicated microprocessor HT7610A has a clock frequency of 16KH. When the power is first applied, the system will be locked for 60 seconds. During the initialization of the microprocessor and the electric field is established, the LED1 will turn off after 60 seconds, and the system will automatically enter the detection. State, when a valid signal is detected, there will be a 5 second signal output, which is displayed synchronously by indicator LED2.

In the shape z of the controller, the sensitivity adjustment hole is arranged on the panel, so that the monitoring distance can be adjusted within a range of 1 to 7 meters, the clockwise rotation distance becomes far, and the counterclockwise rotation distance becomes closer, and LED1 and LED2 are used to indicate TX982. Working condition, 1.2 m long double-core shielded wire is used to connect the power supply and load, wherein the red wire is used to connect the positive power supply, the white wire is connected to the output, and the copper mesh shield is connected to the negative pole of the power supply. The high-reliability microwave induction controller supplies power to the rectifier converter of 12~16V, and the static power consumption is about 5MA.
