Xinhaiyi issued an announcement in the evening that, in view of the media’s publication of relevant reports on the company on August 12, according to relevant regulations, the company’s shares were opened on August 12, 2014 after the company’s application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company resumed trading after the company disclosed the clarification announcement through the designated media.
