TIger Zenigata LED arrays have different phosphor bands and provide small package LED light sources with adjustable color temperature.
The ability to adjust the color temperature of white LED lights is beneficial for many applications. For example, in the retail industry, the color temperature can also be changed when the sales display stand is changed in order to best display the goods. In office buildings, hotels and other places, the color temperature of the day can be adjusted to make people more comfortable, healthier and improve productivity.
A common method to achieve color temperature adjustment is to equip different LED arrays, such as mixed cold and warm white LEDs. These LED chips are controlled separately, making it possible to adjust the output of each group of LEDs while simultaneously changing the color temperature of the mixed light of the lamp.
Sharp's new method is to build a compact LED module that emits hot and cold white light at the same time. The TIger Zenigata array can be adjusted from 2700K to 5700K. According to the difference in color temperature, the module emits luminous flux of 1900lm to 2200lm and consumes about 25W of power.
TIger's name comes from the color of the fluorescent stripes on the array. A total of 168 blue LED chips are coated with different red and green phosphor mixing strips to create cool and warm white light components.
Alternating bands are interconnected in two independent circuits. The circuit of the 2700K module is composed of 96 chips, arranged in eight parallel strips, each with 12 LED chips. The 5700K optical module consists of 72 chips arranged in 6 parallel strips.
A power supply with a maximum current of 700 mA provides a forward voltage of 37V for each circuit. By changing the current of each circuit within the range of 0-700 mA, any color temperature between 2700K and 5700K can be achieved.
The diameter of the light-emitting surface of this array is only 17mm, which has the optical characteristics of point light sources. This simplifies the optical design process of the lighting device and prevents the formation of multiple shadows that may occur with multi-point light sources.
Sharp said the array can achieve high CRI values, up to 94 cool white and 92 warm white.
TIger Zenigata is a small package like Sharp Mega Zenigata LED array. The main difference is that Tiger has four contacts (two circuits) instead of the usual two. Sharp said it should be easy to adapt to existing fixture designs that currently use fixed color temperature arrays to enable them to have color change capabilities.
When providing power for cell towers, system reliability is critical. In remote areas, maintenance and transport costs of traditional batteries will increase the telecom tower`s cost. Therefore, battery choice is the critical decision to control the costs. This is why we design this UFO LiFePO4 battery pack for telecom towers. This Lithium Battery for telecom towers will help you save costs.
