The pressure relay senses the system pressure and sends a switch signal. When the pressure is reached, the normally open contact is closed and the normally closed contact opens. We can use it procedurally. However, in actual use, we will encounter some problems.
The first is the quality of the selected product, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1. The action is not sensitive, and the pressure is not yet signal output. This is a manufacturing problem. The servo piston and u-seal are too tight. The factory was not tested when it was shipped.
2. It has not yet come under pressure to send a message. Assembly problems. The micro switch inside the pressure relay is not installed.
3, the product is not durable, not a few pressure relay will not move. The vendor has no conscience and uses a very poor micro switch.
4, oil spills. If the sealing ring is not selected, it will be processed out of tolerance.
The points listed above are all suppliers' problems. If the user has a problem, the pressure relay will not work.
Low level error:
1. There is no output signal: the pressure measuring hole is blocked by the raw material, and the assembly worker is not careful.
2. Inaccurate pressure measurement: The phenomenon is that the pressure gauge has not yet indicated the pressure to the pressure gauge and the relay sends a message. In fact, pressure relays operate faster than pressure gauges, especially with oil-filled pressure gauges. So it is possible that the pressure gauge will only reach 10M, and the pressure relay is already 20M.
Advanced error:
1, the pressure relay is not sensitive, bad adjustment: the pressure range is not selected. Because the spring is not linear, the pressure relay is generally divided into pressure levels. It is best to choose the right pressure level. For example: To send at 35kgf/cm, the JCS-02-NL should be used. The pressure range is from 5 to 70kgf/cm. If you use JCS-02N, you will feel bad.
2. The pressure drops, and the normally closed contacts of the relay are not re-adjusted. This is because there is a backlash problem in the pressure relay, which is related to the manufacturer's level of craftsmanship. It also has a lot to do with the structure of the pressure relay. At present, the structural gap of Taiwan's JCS-02 basically remains around 15kgf/cm, which is relatively stable. Other imitations are more difficult to say. At the same time, because the JCS-02 organization is not very reasonable, it is determined that its performance can not be too good. Now the new PS series is based on the patented structure of Germany, which has a qualitative leap in the sensitivity and stability of motion. Especially in the low pressure range, ie 0 to 50 kgf/cm. The advantage of quick action is obvious.
