In recent years, China's LED lighting industry has developed very rapidly. Although it has suffered from counterfeit and frustration, Hongdae phosphors still maintain a 50% market share, and the year-on-year growth rate has risen rapidly.

It is understood that the brightness of phosphors that have been tested for 3,000 hours on the market is generally maintained at around 60%. After years of testing, Hongdae has achieved a brightness of 80% after 3000 hours.
"Testing 3000 hours, there is another meaning. Testing 3000 hours is not simply to see the brightness of the phosphor. You can also test other related accessories, because in the lighting and backlight applications, a thousand of data is really deceiving yourself. Three thousand does not necessarily have good data, and it does not necessarily return to the data you want, but that is the data that can help you improve next. This is the point."
Maintain product stability <br> This year, LED lighting showed a downward trend in prices, but the price of phosphors rose. Li Dongping, general manager of Hongda phosphor agent Dongguan Hongcheng, said that although the country's control of rare earth resources is a direct factor leading to the rise in phosphor prices, the maturity of the LED industry needs to be integrated over time.
At present, the price wars on the market are one after another. Zheng Weiyuan said that Hongdae did not participate in the price war, because manufacturers of price wars often ignore product quality problems.
Zheng Weiyuan also repeatedly stressed that although the phosphor comes from Japan, Hongdae does not distinguish between Taiwanese phosphors and continental phosphors.

New products derived from 00902 and 432 are emerging one after another. Will old products such as 432 and 00902 be replaced? To this end, Zheng Weiyuan said that while packaging manufacturers identified 432 and 00902 as old products, they also recognized that they are stable products, so despite the continuous improvement of R&D and innovation, 432 and 00902 have launched different series from sales to the present. But the product has never been removed.
For the development and trend of phosphors in the future, Zheng Weiyuan said that phosphors have been roughly shaped in terms of types and types. The next topic is how to improve color rendering, but because some phosphors have been restrained and cannot be solved, therefore, The high color rendering of future phosphors will improve in green and red-green.
