According to the actual requirements, the system adopts PLC control scheme. The PLC system has strong anti-interference ability and computing ability, and is highly reliable and easy to realize complex control. Therefore, it is very suitable to choose PLC as the control core of tunnel kiln temperature.
Control plan:This system uses Siemens S7-300 series CPU + OYES-300 series IO module + OYES-300 series IM153 module. The communication between the master station and the slave station is realized through the Profibus network; the host computer in the central control room communicates with the on-site host computer through the MPI network to monitor the temperature, transmission speed, heating process and other parameters in the production process in real time.
