Guoxing Optoelectronics LED Epitaxial Film Project officially put into operation next month
With the upcoming production of Guoxing Optoelectronics Epitaxial Film Project, Foshan Nanhai New Light Source Industrial Base has gradually formed a complete semiconductor lighting industry chain from chips, packaging, Accessories , semi-finished products to finished products. The park already has the comprehensive development capability of semiconductor lighting from production to R&D detection to information and finance.
At present, there are more than 60 LED enterprises that have signed up to the new light source industry base in Guangdong Province, of which about 40 have been put into production. The park has built 400,000 square meters of industrial carriers, and by this year there will be nearly 600,000 square meters of industry. The carrier is put into use.
It is reported that China Saibao (Foshan) Laboratory and Guangdong Semiconductor Lighting Industry Joint Innovation Center will also be officially put into use in the near future.
