On June 27, Guoxing Optoelectronics announced that its epitaxial chip project of Foshan Guoxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., its holding subsidiary, is about to enter the stage of installation and debugging. In order to better promote the implementation of Guoxing Semiconductor's epitaxial chip project, the company It is planned to acquire a partial shareholding in Guoxing Semiconductor held by natural person shareholder Deng Jinming with its own funds of 33 million yuan.

After the transfer, the company’s shareholding in Guoxing Semiconductor was changed from the original 400 million yuan to 430 million yuan, and the shareholding ratio was changed from 66.67% to 71.67%. The shareholding of Guoxing Semiconductor held by Mr. Deng Jinming was The original 40 million yuan was changed to 10 million yuan, and the shareholding ratio was changed from 6.67% to 1.67%.

Guoxing said that the transfer of part of the equity of National Star Semiconductor is in line with the company's long-term planning and development strategy.
