TSMC 20nm chip is expected to be trial production next month
According to Taiwan media reports, TSMC is expected to test the 20nm chip process next month, becoming the world's first semiconductor company to enter 20nm. If the chip is successfully tested, it will surpass Intel's 22nm process and open the gap with Samsung Electronics.
