1. Use

The high voltage switchgear is a complete power distribution unit. 2. Type

When normal, the handcart is pushed to the working position, and there is an observation window on the outer door of the cabinet to observe the internal situation. Ensure that only the same type of car can be interchanged. The circuit breaker communicates with the busbar and the outgoing line through the isolation trace.

(4) Current transformer room: The current transformer room is located below the rear of the cabinet, and the room is equipped with a current transformer, an outgoing side, a static contact, an outgoing cable (or a hard bus), and a zero-sequence current transformer.

(5) Small busbar room: The small busbar is located above the instrument relay room, and the small busbar and terminal block are installed indoors;

The GG series is a fixed high-voltage switchgear. It is less sealed than the cFc series, and has a large installation staff on site. It is not very convenient to repair, but its manufacturing process is simple, the steel consumption is small, and the price is cheap. Therefore, the GG type switchgear is still widely used in the 3 to 10 kV power distribution unit of the substation.

3. Installation and adjustment

● When the cabinet is in a single row, the corridor in front of the cabinet should be 2.5 meters. When the double row is arranged, the corridor between the cabinets should be 3 meters.

● According to the project needs and drawings, the switch cabinet will be transported to the predetermined position, and more than 10 switch cabinet rows should start from the middle.

● The switchgear should use a specific transporter during transportation, such as a crane or forklift. It is strictly forbidden to use rollers and skids. It is strictly forbidden to push the car into the cabinet. The handcart is only pushed after the cabinet is installed. Inside the cabinet.

● Loosen the bolts on the top of the busbar compartment and remove the cover.

● Remove the cable gland.

● Remove the cover of the secondary trunking.

● Remove the lifting plate and fasteners.

● On the basis of the above, install the switchgear one by one, the installation unevenness shall not exceed 2mm.

● When the switchgear cabinet has been assembled in a complete combination, it can be connected to the base member by ground bolts or welded by electric welding or base members.

Busbar installation

The busbars in the cabinet of the KYN port are all segmented rectangular busbars. The following steps must be taken during installation:

● Clean and dry the soft cloth. Wipe the busbar clean. Check the heat-shrinkable tube or the vulcanized coated surface for defects. Apply conductive paste or neutral Vaseline to the joint.

● Install the busbars one by one, connect the busbars and the corresponding branching busbars together, insert the appropriate spacers when bolting, and tighten them with bolts.

Installation of the grounding device in the center console

● Connect the grounding busbars of each cabinet together.

● Connect all the leads that need to be grounded in the cabinet.

● Connect the base member to the ground. If there are more than 10 units, there must be more than two ground lines.

Cable installation

● Make the cable head according to the cable construction specifications and connect it to the terminal in the cabinet.

● Secure the cable to the cable gland with a cable clamp and tighten the cable gland.

Inspection after installation of the switchgear

When the switchgear cabinet is installed in place, remove the dust and debris in the cabinet, and then check whether the solid bolts are loose or not, and the wiring is not peeled off. Pull the circuit breaker out in the cabinet and perform the opening and closing operation to observe whether there is any abnormality. Zero the meter and check if the secondary wiring is correct according to the circuit diagram. Check if the interlock is valid.
