From the hardware configuration point of view, DeepLens includes a 4MP camera and two microphones that can take 1080p video, built-in 8GB of RAM and 16GB of storage space, and an object recognition model and code system for advanced training.
DeepLens, like Google Clips cameras we previously reported, is a software and hardware plus AI technology built by the company itself. But unlike clips that use AI to help users shoot and choose better photos, Amazon's DeePlens camera targets AI object recognition.

According to Matt Wood, general manager of artificial intelligence services in Amazon's AWS department, DeepLens built several pre-trained object recognition models that can be used to identify specific objects (such as identifying cats and dogs) and searching for people when shooting videos.
