Nowadays, it is no longer a novelty for Chinese companies to go out and expand overseas markets. China's Suning Group bought the Japanese retailer Laox in 2009. In addition, sports equipment manufacturer Honma Golf and apparel company RENOWN are also included in the pockets of Chinese companies. Great Wall Motor established a research and development base in Yokohama City in January 2016. In order to become a truly global company, it is only the first step to rationally allocate resources and reduce costs on a global scale.
