The switchgear and power distribution box have many specifications, but the installation methods are roughly the same.
The installation process of the complete power distribution cabinet can be divided into basic steel burying, handling and inspection of the power distribution cabinet, and internal cleaning.
1. The basic steel is buried. The power distribution cabinet is usually installed on the foundation. Most of the foundation is made of channel steel or angle steel, and it is buried during civil construction. There are two methods of burying: directly burying the way and burying the groove.
2. Handling and inspection: The handling cabinet should be carried out in a good weather to avoid moisture. The high-voltage power distribution cabinet is bulky and heavy, and it is easy to turn over during transportation. Therefore, during the handling process, the switch cabinet should be prevented from falling over. And don't let it be shocked and shaken. After the power distribution cabinet is shipped to the site, it should be checked out. Be careful when unpacking, do not damage the device. After unpacking, wipe the power distribution cabinet with a rag and check whether the equipment is consistent with the original design, whether the equipment is complete, whether it is damaged or corroded.
3. Vertical cabinet: The vertical cabinet should be carried out after the concrete of the pouring basic steel is solidified. Before the cabinet, mark the power distribution cabinet in the order specified in the drawings, and then manually place it in the installation position. When the cabinet is installed, each cabinet can be adjusted to a roughly horizontal position, then the first cabinet can be precisely adjusted, and the other cabinets can be adjusted one by one according to the first cabinet.
4. Internal cleaning: After the power distribution cabinet is fixed, it should be cleaned internally, and wipe all kinds of equipment with a rag. There should be no debris in the cabinet. At the same time, check whether the mechanical part is flexible and the wire connection is tight.
