The main points of the isolation switch operation and the inspection contents are as follows:

Operation points:

1. When closing: Align the operation items; the operation is quick and decisive, but do not use too much force; after the operation is completed, check the closing is good;

2. When pulling the brake: Start the action slowly and cautiously. When the knife leaves the static contact, it should be pulled open quickly; after the brake is completed, it should be checked and disconnected well;

3. Close or open the isolation switch with load;

4. Input or cut off the transformer and the delivery line;

5. Remove the ground fault point.

Check the content:

In normal operation, the inspection contents of the isolating switch are: the blade of the isolating switch should be straight, smooth, free from rust, burn and other abnormal conditions;

And the arc-extinguishing contact is complete and the position is correct; the transmission mechanism of the isolating switch, the linkage lever, the auxiliary contact, and the locking pin should be complete and non-shedding,

Damage phenomenon; the three-phase isolating switch in the closed state has close contact with each phase, and there is no abnormal phenomenon such as bending, deformation, heat generation and discoloration.
