Chapter 1 General

Article 1 To promote the healthy development of the radio communications industry, strengthen the management of micropower (short-range) radio equipment (hereinafter referred to as micropower radio equipment), and prevent micropower radio equipment from broadcasting, television, navigation, mobile communications and radio astronomy Radio services cause interference to ensure the normal and orderly operation of various radio equipment. These regulations are specially formulated in accordance with the Radio Regulations of the People's Republic of China.

Article 2 Micropower radio equipment refers to radio equipment that meets the technical requirements in the appendix of these regulations.

Article 3 All the development, production, sale, import and use of micropower radio equipment must strictly abide by these regulations. Chapter II General Provisions

Article 4 The use of micropower radio equipment shall not cause harmful interference to other legal various radio stations. If harmful interference occurs, stop using it immediately and try to eliminate harmful interference before continuing to use it.

Article 5 The use of micro-power radio equipment must avoid or tolerate interference from other legal radio stations or radiated interference from industrial, scientific and medical application equipment. In the event of interference, it is not protected by law, but it can be submitted to the local radio management agency. report.

Article 6 The use of micro-power radio equipment does not need to go through the radio station license procedure, but must accept the necessary inspection or test of the radio management office of its product performance indicators.

Article 7 The development of micro-power radio equipment must go through the relevant procedures in accordance with the "Regulations on the Development of Radio Transmission Equipment" issued by the State Radio Regulatory Agency. Article 8 The production and import of micro-power radio equipment (or other equipment containing micro-power radio equipment) shall be handled in accordance with the "Administrative Provisions on Imported Radio Transmitting Equipment" and "Administrative Provisions on the Production of Radio Transmitting Equipment" issued by the State Radio Regulatory Agency formalities. The equipment produced and imported shall be marked with the type approval code of the micro-power radio equipment (its third letter is "D") on its prominent parts.
The manufacturer shall accept the inspection and testing of the performance indicators of its products by the national or local province (region, city) radio regulatory agency. The performance indexes of the products produced must meet the requirements of this regulation, and products that do not meet the requirements shall not be shipped.

Article 9 Any micro-power radio equipment that has not been approved by the national radio regulatory agency may not be produced, sold, or used in China.

Article 10 Any manufacturer or user of micro-power radio equipment that has been approved by the National Radio Regulatory Agency may not change the use frequency or increase the transmission power without authorization (including the addition of an RF power amplifier), and may not arbitrarily connect external antennas or use other transmission antennas. , Or change the original design features and functions.

Article 11 The micro-power radio equipment must be installed in a complete cabinet, and the external adjustment or control device is only used for adjustment or control within the technical specifications approved by the model.

Article 12 The performance and technical indicators of various types of micropower radio equipment are shown in the annex. According to technological development and market demand, the national radio regulatory agency will modify and supplement micropower radio equipment and technical indicators as appropriate.
The following regulations must also be observed when using the following micropower radio equipment:

1. If the frequency of wireless microphone and biomedical telemetry equipment is the same as the frequency of local sound and TV broadcasting station, it shall not be used locally;
If it interferes with the local sound and TV broadcast reception, it should be stopped immediately, and can be reused after the interference is eliminated or adjusted to a non-interference frequency.

2. The remote control equipment for cranes or transmission machinery and the special equipment for wireless transmission of electronic crane scales must be tested for electromagnetic environment before installation to avoid interference or interference with the normal work of other similar equipment, resulting in production accidents;
Stop using it immediately when it is subject to harmful interference, and use it again after eliminating the interference or adjusting it to a frequency without interference;
In order to protect the radio astronomy business of the Beijing Observatory, 229.0-235.0MHz frequency equipment shall not be used in the Beijing jurisdiction.

3. Industrial wireless remote control equipment is limited to use in industrial plants (or buildings), and the interval between two transmissions is not less than 5 seconds.

4. Wireless data transmission equipment is limited to use in buildings, and the interval between two transmissions is not less than 5 seconds.
In order to protect the radio astronomy business of the Beijing Observatory, equipment within the frequency range of 229.0-235.0MHz shall not be used in the jurisdiction of Beijing.

5. The duration of each radio wave transmission of the anti-theft alarm wireless control device does not exceed 1 second; the interval between two times is not less than 1 minute;
Do not use for wireless control toys.

6. The universal wireless remote control equipment must have an automatic control device so that the radio wave transmission duration of the periodically working wireless control equipment does not exceed 1 second, and the interval between two times is not less than 60 minutes; The duration of the transmission is not more than 5 seconds, and the interval between the two is not less than 60 minutes;
Not for use in wireless control toys;
If the frequency of use is the same as the frequency of local sound and TV broadcasting stations, it shall not be used locally;
If it interferes with the local sound and TV broadcast reception, it should be stopped immediately, and can be reused after the interference is eliminated or adjusted to a non-interference frequency.

7. Model toy radio remote control equipment limited to one-way control;
It is not allowed to be used near the airport and in the air control area;
Not allowed to be used in military control areas;

Article 13 Importers and manufacturers shall publish the following relevant contents in their product manuals or user manuals:

1. Indicate the technical indicators and scope of use specified in the annex, and explain all methods of use such as control, adjustment, and switching;

2. Do not change the transmission frequency and increase the transmission power without authorization (including the addition of an RF power amplifier), and do not arbitrarily connect external antennas or use other transmission antennas;

3. When using it, it shall not cause harmful interference to various legal radio communication services; once interference is found, it shall be stopped immediately, and measures shall be taken to eliminate interference before continuing to use;

4. The use of micro-power radio equipment must endure the interference of various radio services or the radiation interference of industrial, scientific and medical application equipment;

5. Do not use it near airplanes and airports.

Chapter III Supplementary Provisions

Article 14 Anyone who develops, produces, sells or imports micropower radio equipment in violation of these regulations, or who unauthorizedly changes the frequency or transmission power of micropower radio equipment, shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Regulations on Radio Management Penalties" issued by the State Radio Regulatory Agency.

Article 15 The import, production and sale of micropower radio equipment that does not meet the requirements of these regulations shall be handled by the radio management office or technical supervision department of the state or the province (region or city) where it is located in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 16 If the imported or produced micropower radio equipment does not publish the content of Article 13 in the equipment description or user manual, the radio management office or technical supervision of the state or province (region, city) shall be responsible The department handles it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 17 The National Radio Regulatory Agency is responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.

Article 18 These regulations shall come into force on January 1, 1999.

Technical requirements for micropower (short-range) radio equipment

1. Underground pipeline detection equipment: a radio transmission equipment used to find and measure various cables, pipelines and similar structures buried in the ground; when this equipment is used, it couples radio frequency signals to cables, pipelines, etc., and is on the ground Use the receiver to detect the location of these cables.
