Six QST200 Fiber Bragg Grating Temperature Sensors installed in each switch cabinet are star-connected to an optical fiber via a QSC01-06 optical splitter and led to the cable trench below the switchgear cabinet; The two optical fibers from the cabinet are communicatively connected to a single optical fiber in the main transmission cable through a single QSC01-02 optical splitter in the cable channel. Therefore, a single-mode, 16-core metal-free optical fiber cable is used as the transmission main optical cable. The QSA01-16 optical fiber sensor analyzer is placed in the main control room and realizes the real-time acquisition of temperature data of 186 QST200 fiber grating temperature sensors in 10kV and 35kV switch rooms of 2.2km outside through a 16-core transmission main fiber cable. The temperature acquisition frequency can be set through software. The minimum time for a single acquisition of all temperature measurement points is only 0.04 seconds. The temperature data monitored by the QSA01-16 fiber sensor analyzer is uploaded to the industrial control host through the 10/100M Ethernet, and all the temperature measurement is performed by the "front optical fiber online temperature measurement analysis software V1.0" running on the industrial control host.
