Recently, according to the "People's Republic of China Product Quality Law" and "Administrative Measures for Product Quality Supervision and Inspection," the AQSIQ organized and conducted a special spot check on national quality supervision of eight types of products, including self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting.
Among them, self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting were spot-checked by 133 batches of 109 companies in 13 provinces (cities) including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and Sichuan. Sub-products, based on GB16844 "Safety Requirements for Self-Blood Fluorescent Lamps for General Lighting", GB17625.1-2003 "Electromagnetic Compatibility Limits, Harmonic Current Emission Limits (Input Current per Phase ≤16A)", GB17743 "Electrical Lighting Limits and Test Methods for Radio Disturbance Characteristics of Radio and Similar Devices", GB19044-2003 "Energy Efficient Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings of Self-ballasted Fluorescent Lamps for General Lighting", GB/T17263-2002 "Performance of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting applications" Requirements such as national standards, signs (safety), interchangeability, prevention of electric shock, mechanical strength, heat resistance, fire and flame resistance, marking (performance), start-up characteristics, power factor, lamp power, initial luminous efficiency/ luminous flux , color characteristics, lumen maintenance (including 2000h life), energy efficiency limit, energy efficiency rating, energy efficiency logo, harmonics, disturbance voltage, radiated electromagnetic disturbance, etc. 1 Nine major projects were inspected, resulting in 67 batches of 67 companies that did not meet the standard requirements.
In response to the quality problems found in the special spot checks of national product quality supervision, the AQSIQ has instructed the relevant provincial (municipal) quality and technical supervision departments to follow the “Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China†and the “Administrative Measures on the Supervision and Inspection of Product Qualityâ€. The laws and regulations require that the unqualified products and their production enterprises be dealt with according to law.
