Nichia Announces New Patent Cross License Agreement with Cree Inc
February 9, 2005... Anan, Tokushima, JAPAN - Nichia Corporation today announced that it has entered into a patent cross license agreement with Cree Inc., relating to LED technology for solid-state white lighting. The new agreement complements the patent cross License arrangement between the companies announced in November 2002. Detailed terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
