The F97x MCU family extends the performance of Silicon Labs' popular C8051F99x low-power capacitive sensing MCU with up to 43 capacitive sensing inputs, 32kB flash, 8kB RAM, 7 DMA channels and a 16x16 Multiply Accumulate (MAC) units are integrated into a tiny 4mm x 4mm QFN package. The F97x MCU also integrates an 8051-compatible core with a 25MHz pipeline structure, a precision oscillator, a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a temperature sensor, a voltage reference, and four 16-bit general purpose timer/counters.
