Scope of use: 1.1 Indoor high-voltage live display device is suitable for rated voltage of 3KV ~ 40.5KV, rated frequency of 50HZ indoors for prompting equipment with operating voltage and forced lock switch cabinet net door. 1.2 Conditions of Use: The conditions of use of this live display are the same as those for high voltage switchgear and control equipment. 1.3 This display complies with DL/538-2006 requirements. 1.4 When relying solely on the display of a live display, it is not sufficient to prove that the system is in an unpowered state. If there is any doubt or influence on the specified operating procedures, the electroscope should be used in accordance with the requirements of DL740. 3.1 According to the type of sensor used: 1 Capacitive display with capacitive sensor. 2 Inductive display for use with inductive sensors. 3.2 According to the display function: 1 T type is the prompt type: only the high voltage charging prompts the display; 2 Q type is the forced type, in addition to the prompt display, the electromagnetic lock and the grounding switch are forcibly blocked. 3.3 According to the nature of the auxiliary power supply: 1 The auxiliary power supply is AC 110V~220V. 2 Auxiliary power supply is DC 48V, 110V, 220V. 3 AC and DC universal. 4 No auxiliary power supply. 3.4 According to the size of the opening: 1 type I is 102×72; 2 type II is 88×28; 3 type III is 91×44; 4 type IV is 54×32; 58×36; 5 V type is 92.5×44; 6 VI is 106×26; 7 VII is 161.5×18×45; 8 VIII is 124.5×25.5×32.5; 9 IX is 58×28; see the company sample for details. Main technical parameters: 4.1 Insulation strength: Short-circuit all the terminals to the ground frequency 2KV/1min. 4.2 The actual voltage from line to ground is “powered” between 40% of the nominal voltage and its rated voltage. No display when the actual line-to-ground voltage is less than 15% of the nominal voltage. (Inductive type is flashing display) 4.3 When the display unit displays “Power”, the interlock device should issue a “lockout” signal, and “No Power” should issue an “unlock” signal. 5. Installation and use: 5.1 Installation: Install the hole according to the opening size required by the display. The installation should be flat, firm and reliable. 5.2 Wiring: Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram. The connection between the secondary end of the sensor and the display insulated wire uses a multi-strand copper wire with a nominal cross-section of not less than 1 mm2 and must correspond to the phase sequence. The grounded insulated conductor of the display shall be a multi-strand copper conductor with a nominal cross-section of not less than 1.5 mm2 and the electrical insulation shall be good. 5.3 Use of the button switch: The button switch is used to control the indicator light in the working state or in the rest state. For the forced display, when the indicator light is in the rest state, the forced locking circuit is still in the working state. 5.4 Use of the detection button (lighting button): The light inspection button can be used to confirm that the light tube is normal. The method is to place the direct key switch in the off position, and then press the test light button to see if the light pipe is normally illuminated. 5.5 Power inspection and nuclear phase functions. The display with electroscope phase function has three small holes under the three LED tubes, which can be checked by an electroscope to finally confirm whether it is energized.
