Electronic products for energy efficient primary supplier of high performance silicon solutions Semiconductor (ON Semiconductor) by the introduction of six new AEC-Q101 authentication logic level single-channel power MOSFET, a module for a motor vehicle, a small flat pin ( FL) package.

Available in a 5 mm x 6 mm SO-8FL package and a 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm WDFN-8 package, these devices are 50% smaller or smaller than the industry standard DPAK package, but offer the same or lower on-resistance. These devices save valuable board space compared to older DPAK packaged components, making them ideal for load switching, DC-DC conversion and power management in automotive applications such as fuel injection systems and motor control drives.

ON Semiconductor's new power MOSFET portfolio covers 30 V, 40 V and 60 V and N-channel and P-channel devices, offering a wide range of options for customers' new product designs. Very low on-resistance [RDS(on)] minimizes conduction and power losses, while high current capability (between 6.3 A and 65 A, depending on the device) ensures robust load performance. These devices are AEC-Q101 certified to demonstrate their suitability for automotive applications.
