V. Registration requirements:

1. The bidder must be a company registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with an independent legal personality.

2. The bid applicant must be a legitimate manufacturer or a special authorized dealer, and a special authorized dealer must provide the manufacturer's authorization;

3. If the bid applicant is a manufacturer, it must have a boiler manufacturing license (Class B and above) and a special equipment installation and maintenance license.

4. If the bid applicant is a special authorized dealer, it must have a special equipment installation and alteration maintenance license, and obtain a special authorization letter from the manufacturer (simultaneously, the manufacturer has a copy of the boiler manufacturing license (Grade B and above));

5. Manufacturers and distributors of goods of the same brand may not participate in bidding for this project at the same time. A manufacturer can only entrust a distributor to participate in bidding for the same brand of goods of the same brand.

6. Other explanations: (1) Legal persons, other organizations or individuals who have an interest relationship with the tenderee and may affect the fairness of the tender shall not participate in the tender. (2) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship, and may not participate in the bid for the same tender item or the same tender item that does not have a bid segment.
