The first public art exhibition using Apple's ARKit will soon open in Miami
According to foreign media reports, the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) will soon hold its first public exhibition using Apple's ARKit. Through ARKit, visitors can use iOS devices to appreciate the new forms of augmented reality brought about by artistic expression. According to VR Network, the exhibition will be opened on the 5th of next month.
By then, works by Miami native artist Felice Grodin will be exhibited. Visitors will experience Gordin's new digital artwork through the official PAMM software.
According to VR network, there will be two AR fixed-point works this time. They are called Mezzbug and Terrafish. Next year, two new ARKit digital art works will be added. The specific exhibition time will be January and will continue until April.
The PAMM viewed Grodin's work as part of the Augmented Reality version art expression pilot project. They hope that visitors can provide them with more feedback.
